During my first year in the Upstate I met my wife Rosemary and we have been married over 40 years. I have worked in the Upstate for over 35 years in sales and engineering including over 20 years in the automotive industry. The sales and engineering experiences I have had in industry have prepared me to understand details, negotiate and achieve agreement in buying and selling. These skills have transferred to Real Estate where I began buying, fixing & selling properties and later obtained my South Carolina license in 2007.
