Rozlynn is a native of Hawaii, a military brat who settled in the Upstate area in 1971 to attend college. Real estate has been in her blood since she was a teenager and worked for her mother as a weekend rental clerk. During college she worked part time for a local real estate company and after graduating from Clemson University and a three year stint in manufacturing, she decided to obtain her real estate license in 1985.A mother of three almost grown children, a husband who is a local attorney and two dogs, her life is extremely busy. Managing a group since 1998 has been a main focus of hers, along with working with clients that come to her, usually through a vast referral network she has built over the last 24 years.Rozlynn specializes in residential sales including individual home sales, development, on site sales, and buyer representation.
